The life of a college football coach is a tough one as guys move from program to program, changing up situations each and every year.

Now some are for promotions, while some were fired and look for a fresh start and others are looking just looking for a change of scenery. With all that being said, let's take a look at who joined, who left and who was promoted among the Rutgers Football coaching staff this offseason.
