The Rutgers Scarlet Knights baseball program is coming off another incredible weekend as they picked up their first sweep of the season against Nebraska, the top team in the Big Ten.

The Scarlet Knights continue to shock the Big Ten and college baseball world with series wins and victories against nationally ranked teams. Before their matchups versus Rutgers, Michigan and Nebraska were both nationally ranked teams in the nation. Rutgers has won five straight games against top competition — all on the road.

The Scarlet Knights have been really impressive the past two weekends and this past weekend was no exception. Here are three takeaways from this past weekend in the Rutgers- Nebraska series.
