Rutgers had just one commitment entering last week, when the program returned from spring break for practice and recruiting visits.
That number tripled after Christopher Johnson out of Florida announced his pledge to RU on Wednesday, and Yazeed Haynes out of the Philadelphia area did the same on Thursday.
