Following a loss to Northwestern last Saturday, the Rutgers Scarlet Knights will have this upcoming Saturday off as they head into the bye week before they head back on the road out to Illinois to take on the Fighting Illini on October 30th.
With that being said, let's take a look at the Scarlet Knights' chances in this upcoming week and to do that we will use the ESPN Football Power Index to determine that.
