Rutgers Football DB commit Shaquan Loyal talks offseason
Last weekend Nick Pennisi hosted the PSR Combine, one of the first high school football camps/combines since the entire COVID-19 pandemic started.
One of the top prospects who showed up to the camp was 2021 Rutgers Football commit Shaquan Loyal out of West Side High School in Newark.
He spoke with TKR at the camp and offered a quick update on where everything stands between him and Rutgers.
