It's a bit of a lull in the world of Rutgers recruiting as it is a dead period for another couple weeks before things open up at the end of the month. Additionally, the Scarlet Knights don't have that many spots left in their class, and only have a few known targets on the board at the moment.
With that said, it's time in this week's Inside The Banks presented by The Scarlet Spotlight Podcast to take a look at the 2024 prospects in the Garden State and provide my initial rankings, which will surely change and evolve over the next six months.
