While it’s still early to rank prospects heading into their junior years accurately, we now have a solid sample size of games played, camps, combines, and other events to at least have an idea of who the top players in the Garden State are for the next cycle.

Rutgers' Standing: Too early to tell where this one goes, but Rutgers is definitely in the top group right now. Penn State is probably the school to worry about most here right now.
