2023 Florida WR Andy Jean details new Rutgers offer, sets visit date
Rutgers Football has officially entered the race for the class of 2023, high-three star wide receiver Andy Jean out of Northwestern High School down in Miami, Florida.
The 6-foot, 170-pound prospect now holds seven scholarship offers with the latest addition from the Scarlet Knights and spoke with us about it here on The Knight Report.
