Rutgers Football DE Jahzion Harris has medically retired

Rutgers Football defensive end Jahzion Harris is officially done with football due to an injury suffered at Texas A&M and has medically retired per a source.

Harris was ranked as a four star prospect from the 2021 recruiting class and was ranked the 120th best player in the country and the fifth best weak-side defensive end.

The 6-foot-5, 220-pound defender originally committed to and signed with Texas A&M and spent the 2021 season with the Aggies before entering the transfer portal.

In his lone season with A&M, Harris appeared in two games, finishing with four tackles and one sack before transferring to Rutgers prior to the 2022 season.
