More 2024 recruiting targets to keep an eye on for Rutgers Hoops
It's no secret at this point, Rutgers has gained national prominence on the recruiting market.
Their 2024 class is tracking as a top five national recruiting class and they are zoning in on 2024 recruit Dylan Harper. If they don't land Harper, however, there are several lesser heralded recruits they've been on since the summer.
