Pac-Tending 04-16-08

Meanwhile, at NCAA HQ, the NCAA and NBA have combined and agreed on a five-year $50 million deal to overhaul youth basketball by creating an online community, educating athletes, educating coaches and developing a certification program, developing officials and creating a national registry of officials and establishing and maintaining a national calendar of sanctioned events.
