Video: Gholston leaning toward Michigan State

DETROIT - This Friday's game against Cass Tech means a lot to Southeastern junior William Gholston.

Before his shoulder pads came off following the Jungaleers' win over Crockett last Friday, the 6-foot-7, 251-pound Gholston was already getting amped up for the upcoming showdown between the only two remaining unbeaten teams in Detroit Public School League play.

"Cass is next," exclaimed Gholston. "They are next for us. I got my list all ready and Cass is next."

Gholston tuned up for the Cass Tech game with a dominant performance in the Jungaleers' 14-6 win over Crockett. The 2010 Michigan State recruiting target tallied 12 tackles as defensive end and caught a 30-yard pass as a tight end on offense.

Heading into the Cass Tech game, Gholston leads Southeastern with 50 tackles. He is average 10 tackles per game for the Jungaleers.
