Another example of the Star Ledger dumping on Rutgers. When applications are being considered this project will show well. The choice will be this game changing project at Rutgers or another waterfront apartment building in Jersey City. We will prevail !!!
I don't see how that article is overly critical of Rutgers.
If anything, the state gets the brunt of the attack there.
