Hoops Notebook: Off to Rocky Top

UGASports.com The Georgia basketball team (13-6, 4-2) fresh off back-to-back SEC home victories returned to the practice court Tuesday in preparation for their trip to Knoxville Wednesday night to face the Tennessee Volunteers (14-7, 2-4). Georgia and Tennessee face off at 7:30 pm ET and the game will not be televised. The Bulldogs are 4-0 this season against SEC opponents at home and are tied for second place in the SEC East with Vanderbilt and Kentucky. Florida is currently a top the division with a 6-0 record. The Volunteers hold a 50-13 series edge in Knoxville over Georgia. Tennessee swept the Bulldogs last year in their first under head coach Bruce Pearl.
