Rutgers starting quarterback Gary Nova notched another victory on Saturday as he led the Scarlet Knights to their ninth win of the season, downing Cincinnati by a score of 10-3. The sophomore had a couple of not-so-bright moments but bounced back and came up with a big touchdown pass that decided the game.
