From the time he pledged his commitment to the Scarlet Knights, Steve Longa made one thing clear: he wanted to see the field from day one. After a successful first training camp, that goal seems to have been accomplished. Kyle Flood has said he expects the 6-foot-1, 220-pounder to have a role on special teams and possibly defense beginning with tomorrow's season-opener at Tulane.
